Is anyone able to supply a kit or plans to convert 4 cycle internal combustion engines to 6 cycle?

It just makes sense as mileage would increase without CO2 increase without sacrificing performance( potentially ). You have to add a demineralized water injection system that has to be filled with every fuel stop. How difficult is that?
