I think so. But it really depends on how many RPM’s you give the car. If its like over 4 then you burn alot of gas.

actually gas weighs about 10 lbs a gallon. weight on your car burns more gas. BUT the emptier your car is on gas the faster it burns. the best amount of gas for top mileage is between 1/2 and 3/4 a tank
Not really. You have two factors. Evaporation and weight. The additional weight counteracts the benefits of less evaporation.

Gas has weight. It takes horsepower to move this weight. It takes gas to make the horsepower to move the added weight.

As some have said, fuel equals weight, and that weight makes you use a touch more fuel. I believe the rough formula is for every 100lbs of weight, you lose 2% fuel efficiency (would have to research to verify this number) Now, keeping the fuel tank full in winter is a very good idea as it will actually help keep condensation down, and help prevent water buildup from freezing your fuel lines. And last but not least, in the wintertime, keep your tank above half full. This just might save your life in the event of a slideoff or accident, leaving you stranded in the cold winter but perhaps still able to run the engine to keep warm. Good luck.
No. The only thing you might save is money because it was full of gas at the old price when the price suddenly went up.
Keeping your tank full in cooler climates can cut down on water condensation, and keep your gas dryer. Too much H2O in the gas can cause the gas line to freeze.
Keeping the tank full can be a good thing to do, but doesn’t save gas.
