I guess you can, as I’m always putting water in it.

  2. Zealous

Yup it is possible but it has to be a customized engine, not really hard to make if you’re a mechanical engineer

i wish…but i think they would have told us by now if it worked

  4. Trent

No. They are trying to make cars that can and I believe that there is actually a man who converted his car so it could be run on water but not your car.

  5. rachjessm

no you cant. unless its a steam engine.

  6. James H

i dont see how this could possibly work, You cant “Burn” water.

  7. J K

No, your car can not run on water now. Your cars engine is designed to take in gas. Water is not combustible.

    NO – scam.

It used to work on old cars but not on modern cars. It was invented long time ago (back in the 70). The cars back then ran very rich and inefficiently. If a car ran close to stoichiometry (perfect balance of fuel and air ratio) it risking damaging itself from engine detonation. So water injection was used to prevent that.

But now ALL cars use O2 sensor and engine knock sensor – so they already run in perfect stoichiometry.

Just keep your car in good condition.

You can improve you MPG by as much as 38%. This was on NBC morning show. HOW?

    (1) drive slowly – not too much past 55
    (2) accelerate slowly
    (3) don’t brake unnecessarily
    (4) use cruise control when ever it is safe to do so.

It really works. By using the rules above I drove from Boston to NYC (210.5 mile) using just 5.112 gallon (94 Civic). That’s 41 MPG.

    WOW !!!

    So simple !!!!

    Good Luck…

I’m not sure about your link and if it’d trust the claims made on that site, but recently some Florida guy has claimed to have made this work.

Although people are trying it, it is still on the drawing board. It’s so new it is hard to tell if it will cause harm to the engine. There is several sites out there for DIY devices. I would be scared to try, if you decide to try, good luck. Let me know if it works. My car gets 11 mpg and I use premium gas!!

I sure wish that our vehicles did run on water, we wouldn’t have to be putting such a big dent into our pockets by putting this high dollar gas in it

    HI,
Not actually 100% water. The HHO generated from water make the Gas burn more efficiency. You absolutely need gasoline but when you make it burn more efficiency, you get more MPG. That is true.

    Definitely…

These water fuel websites GUARANTEE their product if it doesn’t work.

A couple of them even give you a phone number to call if you are having problems with the installation.

I found a site that compares the top water fuel car kits on the market today.

It is unbiased and very helpful for someone trying to decide if this water for gas technology will work for their car.

    hope it helps
