you cant run it on water but you can run it with vegetable oil mix with other chemicals which cost 80 cents a gallon, do a research, people have make they own gas

biodiesel is made from vegetable oil, wtih the glycerin molecule being replaced with an alcohol molecule. biodiesel and vegetable oil are NOT the same thing.

in a simple term, this is using the hydrogen fuel technology which is used for the hyrid car at this moment.
For conventional car, to allow you to run your car on water (hydrogen), you will need to modify your car to allow it to split water molecules. This splitting process called electrolysis.
I don’t know about vegetable oil but to run a car on water is indeed possible! What you must understand is that the technology is still at its stages of development so you must assembly it yourself. The car is not runned on only water, to my knowledge that doesn’t exist. Your car runs on a combination of water and gasoline or diesel, so you are making your own hybrid! What water does is thorugh a process called the electrolysis gives off hydrogen which is then used to burn gas or diesel more effciently, the design of the conversions may vary and sometimes baking soda must be added for better results, it all depends of the conversion kit you have. To add to this, the conversion is safe because the hydrogen is not stored but is extracted as you drive So my advice would be to choose your conversion guide with care.
