I know that he was obviously silenced by the oil companies. But I want to know where I can learn how it worked and how he did it. Does anyone know where there would be diagrams or a place where you could learn the science behind how it worked?

there was a picture in my local paper last weekend of a car that runs on water. A convertible. Only about 200 of ‘em were built, in Germany, back in the 1950′s. Some guy in Dallas has one of ‘em.
It’s cool, you just drive it down the boat ramp right into the lake, it has a propeller & rudder. Doesn’t go very fast on the water, but still, a pretty cool car.
